What this site collects
This page covers the proofrail.site website only. It is written plainly rather than exhaustively, and it is not a contract.
The beta application form
If you submit the beta application, we receive what you typed: your email address, what you sell, where you sell it, your rough monthly volume, your answer about past disputes, and any notes you added. We use it to decide who to invite into the beta and to email you about it.
We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a newsletter. Ask us athello@proofrail.site and we will delete your details.
The form is handled by a third-party form or automation provider on our behalf. That provider is being finalised; when it is set, it will be named here before the form goes live in production.
Analytics and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and embeds no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
Our host records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) as a normal part of serving the site and defending it from abuse.
